• Business, funding and strategy

I support organisations to get stronger and more sustainable. In the past two years, I've led fundraising campaigns that have leveraged £3million from public funders, trusts and foundations, corporate partners and private donors. I also work on strategic development, income generation and project management, helping you focus on what you do best and turn that into real value. Alongside this, I offer leadership and entrepreneurial coaching grounded in honest conversation and practical goals.

 

• Creative projects

Creativity sits at the heart of my work. I design and deliver bespoke creative projects from writing and facilitation to workshops (often nature-based) that open up new ways of thinking, connecting and working.

 

• Empowering women

Supporting women runs through everything I do. I offer coaching, mentoring and facilitation, lead research on women’s leadership and wellbeing and advise organisations on governance and culture to better support women in the workplace.
