About Rosie
I’m a creative strategist, writer and coach working at the meeting point of purpose, imagination and impact.

My work lives in two interconnected worlds. On one side, I work with charities, cultural organisations and social-purpose teams to develop thoughtful, future-facing strategies, supporting them to increase their impact, secure funding, ensure long-term sustainability and communicate their purpose with confidence and clarity. On the other, I support individuals, particularly women, through coaching, writing and nature-based facilitation that nurtures creative expression, personal resilience and more sustainable ways of living and working.

At the heart of it all is writing. Whether I’m crafting a funding narrative, a future-focused development strategy or working on personal essays, I use words to make meaning, spark connection and move ideas forward.

I hold an MA in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship and it’s the thread that connects everything I do: identifying potential, fostering thoughtful connections and helping people and organisations grow with clarity, integrity and imagination.

A More Holistic Approach
I don’t see a divide between the strategic and the soulful, or between business and creativity. I believe real change comes when we make space for both. That belief underpins all of my work:

-
For Organisations: I offer strategic development, fundraising support and facilitation, especially in the arts, education and social equity sectors.
-
For Individuals: I lead coaching, workshops and nature-based spaces focused on creative expression, wellbeing and personal growth.
As a Writer: I write essays and reflective pieces exploring creativity, nature, womanhood and the quieter, wilder ways of knowing. This work informs and nourishes everything else I do.
