About Rosie

I’m a creative strategist, writer and facilitator. I help founders and leaders think creatively about where they’re going, what they stand for and how they want to grow.

I’ve spent much of my career helping charities, cultural organisations and social-purpose teams develop strategy, secure investment and build sustainable organisations. I’m now expanding that work into the commercial sector, bringing the same strategic thinking to founders and businesses who want to build something ambitious without losing sight of what matters to them.

I’m interested in the space between ambition, values and action and helping people turn ideas and intentions into strategies that shape how an organisation grows, makes decisions and works.

I’m good at finding the thread in complexity: asking the questions that matter, bringing structure to messy ideas and helping people see possibilities that aren’t immediately obvious.

Alongside my strategic work, I write about creativity, nature, womanhood and the broader questions of how we want to live. I hold an MA in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths.
